You will need a martini glass that is at least 8 Oz.1 Bomb Pop (optional) – for garnishment on top of the martini glass.Grenadine – It’s vibrant red color is perfect for layering and should be chilled before use. Blue Curacao – This created the blue layer and should be chilled before using for best results. Pineapple Juice – This gets shaken together with Bacardi and Ice for the white layer. Bacardi Limon – You can also substitute for Citrus flavored Vodka if you prefer. The higher density of the Blue Curacao and Grenadine helps create the layered effect. A bit of pineapple juice balances out the acidic flavor of Bicardi Limon. I tried several different variations and found that this combination worked the best for creating layers without being overly sweet. Place jars with ice around the martinis with Bomb Pops as an alcohol-free option to enjoy at the same time.
